David Ringler

Dave Ringler began his real estate career in 1976, starting with a local brokerage where he quickly developed a passion for the industry. As he gained experience and insight into the complexities of real estate, he pursued further education and became a licensed broker in 1988.

Dave broadened his expertise while working for a land company, where he deepened his knowledge of land development and acreage properties. In 1994, he took the next step in his career and founded Golden West Properties, a firm dedicated to serving clients in rural, residential, and acreage real estate throughout Western Washington.

Committed to professional growth, Dave has continued to expand his knowledge by collaborating with real estate developers and earning his Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders.

With more than 45+ years of real estate experience and over three decades as a Designated Broker, Dave has become a highly respected and well-known leader in the Western Washington real estate community. He is a consistent multi-million-dollar producer specializing in residential and land transactions and was recently recognized as the top vacant land broker in the NWMLS.

Dave also serves as the Washington State Ambassador for the Land Brokers Co-Op and, for the past 20 years, has had the privilege of being among a select group of brokers representing Weyerhaeuser in Washington State.
